"Perfect. I was thinking of having a cup myself." Lavender apologised for being a bit boring and not drinking caffeine at the moment, but she had some nice fruit teas. "And that doesn't mean I can't have a biscuit or two," she added with a grin.
"Oh, take all the notes you want," Lavender assured her. "And please take a seat on the sofa or wherever. I'll just get the tea." Disappearing into the kitchen, she set the kettle boiling with a touch of magic and put together a tray with two cups and a plate of homemade shortbread. Having spotted Luna's mermaid-inspired accessories, Lavender explored the cupboard that held far more teapots than any sane person really needed. She spotted the perfect one right at the back. It was painted to look like a beach, sandy at the bottom and a glorious summery blue sky at the top. Once she poured the hot water into it, the seagulls painted on the horizon began to fly around the teapot.
Carrying the tray, she rejoined Luna. "So, the classes. I don't really know much about them," she admitted. "When I spoke to Hermione, we mostly talked about the location and how it'll be nice for kids to bond without any house politics getting in the way."
