That sounds like a wonderful plan! Not to mention very organized and comprehensive!
I do believe the number of children involved will undoubtedly make a difference. It would also help if we had some teachers that acted as primary ones-- homeroom teachers, if you will, that are skilled at teaching general knowledge to the students. It's not as though what they're learning is going to be particularly advanced; as a result, specialty areas aside, the vast majority of the instruction could easily be done by one person per class or per two classes, depending on how they would be timed through the day, how long the sessions would be, that sort of thing.
You know, I think I might contact Blaise so that we might get a general announcement put in the Prophet that would ask any interested parties to respond so that we might plan accordingly with regard to size.
