Rolling her eyes, she shook her head. "Seamus, please," she muttered, taking a sip of her champagne. "I think through all of my decisions very carefully, including my decision to ask you to come here. I'm not exactly the sort to have regrets." Leaning back in her seat, she took in a deep breath, crossing her legs.
"No, I need a change of pace. I've been holed up in my office for long enough. You've always been the very unpredictable sort, and frankly, I can't remember the last time I took a risk. So. I'd say that being pleasantly surprised by you is exactly what two-thousand-nine needs to be off to a perfect start."
If she could battle death eaters, she could take on Seamus Finnigan, of all people.
