Re: Kevin and Teddy
Teddy was enjoying his evening, honestly. After the momentary hiccup back when he'd ordered his ticket for the event, he was happy now with his vegetarian option. At least it wasn't the typical boring thing of only giving one vegetables aplenty that so many places indulged in. He enjoyed his dinner, had a good too many drinks and, more than anything, he enjoyed Kevin's company. And he was grateful for the fact that this had all come from the other heads of house being late to their meeting with the Ministry Liaison for a change, or this won't have happened.
"I'm very sure," he said to the other man, keeping it simple for now, though that was more out of necessity than anything else. He couldn't say too much, couldn't do too much because they were still very much in public.
"Do you know, I was just thinking... if not for my fellow heads' lateness to our meeting, we might not have decided to attend this together."
