"I know but you're only doing your job," he said. "It's not like you wanted this to happen or expected it to happen. Otherwise you wouldn't have tested the electronics first, would you?"
He shrugged, unsure of what to say about that. He wasn't thrilled about the idea of his mother moving in with him but he didn't know how much flats were in the Muggle world. Even he was aware that the south of England was generally more expensive than the north of England but at least his mother would be closer to London and Diagon Alley.
"I don't know. I don't want her to per se but I can't see myself being able to afford two flats. A groom's wage will hardly pay me a fortune," he pointed out. "There's no low-cost housing as far as I know, at least, not subsidized housing like the Ministry provide. I'll have to see what happens."
Adrian shook his head. "No, no preference at all. I just want to spend time with you. Somewhere warm would be nice, I suppose, but other than that... I'm easy, I guess."
