How many people/characters are still here and still interested in participating in Voices?

I'm trying to get an idea of who is still here and who has wandered off so we can do some updating of lists in the community and such.

Please, comment here with characters and journals so I can know how to go about housekeeping?

It was asked that we create a centralized list where people could find all of the past prompts for the community, so here it is.

Hey folks, I'm going to be withdrawing my Heidi Petrelli muse from the comm, I'm not much feeling her character anymore. Peace out and good luck to your muses.

Apologies if I'm dense and can't find it, but is there a master list of prompts from each week posted somewhere? If not, would it be possible to have one?

We haven't done a cleanup of the character list in awhile, but that is about to be rectified. My apologies for the lapse in record-keeping -- those who know me know I work in the floral industry, and my life goes to hell from the beginning of the year (Valentine's Day planning) until Mother's Day!

Step one of the process will be to make sure we have all active characters accounted for on the Official Character List. Please look the roster over and make certain your characters are listed correctly. If you find a typo, or your character is missing, or you have retired a character that is still listed, please comment here and let me know so it can be corrected.

This week I'll be going through the roster and noting journals that haven't posted in the past three months. I will post this list next weekend; if yours is listed, you will have two weeks to post (or contact the mods with a request for an extension) or the character will be retired from Voices. If you have friends who don't read the OOC asylum, please poke them to check in!

Sorry I haven't posted anything in a long time but real life has gotten in the way and I've been a little busy. Hi,I'm new here and so is my muse-Well...both of them.

They're always open for rp and comments,if you don't mind quirk. I'm mainly having Manasa do these,but since Risa is the one who grew up on the surface among humans,she's more likely to answer questions relating to things like Valentine's Day,why Starbucks is important and how awesome the Beatles are. :P

Sometimes both of them have something to say,so Manasa's thoughts are always in bold italics. They have an odd habit of switching when one knows something the other doesn't. Occasionally they may both answer,but this is rare-Manasa has little to no knowledge of anything dealing with humans and life outside of Agartha. She takes everything literally,so if it's too complicated,she'll get confused and let Risa do the talking. She's the nice,sweet friendly one,so she'll chat your ear off. :)

Before commenting here, please do the following:

1. Check the Claimed Characters list to make sure the muse you want to claim is available. Note: Only fictional characters will be accepted, no RPF. There are no muse limits per player, as long as you stay current with all of your muses (1 prompt response every two months).

2. Create a journal specifically for that muse.

The muse, Lucien is available for RP should any one ever feel the need to run into slightly arrogant trauma surgeon with a love of yoga. And hockey. Field and Ice (oh TPTB, why field hockey?). He's friendly if a bit awkward, likes to believe the best of people until proven otherwise, might try to talk you into a shot of wheat grass...okay so that one won't necessarily make you want to play with him but really, he's a good guy.

I am withdrawing Macalaure from the community. He's not "here" enough, if that makes any sense. So please remove this journal from your friends lists.

However the chatty-one-who-doesn't-shut-up - russandol - will remain.

I have Ben Braeden here from Supernatural. He was in one episode from season 3, 3.02 The Kids are Alright. Anything he writes and mentions that pertains to that episode will be placed behind a cut for spoilers in the community only, not in his journal.

He's a hyper kid and loves talking. He will be open for rp and comments. Don't be shocked if he pops up on you and says something. If you do not wish to talk to him that is fine you can ignore him or let me know ooc if he comments you'd rather not interact with him and I'll keep him away.

Like I said he is open for rp. He would also like me to say if you are a hot chick feel free to drop by *facepalms*

Thanks to the holidays I have to announce a small hiatus. I'll be gone from the 20th as of midnight tonight for me to the 29th.

Hi. I thought I posted my first prompt response over a week ago. I guess it's just one of those things I meant to do and didn't. I'm really sorry!

I'm your resident Otacon (Metal Gear Solid), and I'm glad to be playing here. I'm working on at least two other prompts right now, so I'm expecting to have those within a week or so.

All of Otacon's posts are open for RP unless marked otherwise if anyone wants to. Within reason - as long as they're in a public location if they're third person (his most recent one...kind of isn't) or if they're first person present journal entries if they're not marked private or filtered, I'm completely fine with it! I'd like to try to get a hotel post up within the week or so, time permitting.

Hello everyone!

I'm curious about a few things so I figured why not ask everyone via the OOC community!

My questions are:
For your muse responses to the weekly prompts, who is actually interested in RP on said prompts? And if you are, do you welcome responses for them no matter how long ago you wrote them? Or do you figure there is a point where they expire and you don't expect anyone to respond?

Oh and for those of you with fandom based characters, do you welcome responses from muses not of your particular fandom?

I figured this might be helpful for everyone, not just myself, to know. So please, chime in with your answers. Thanks! =D
