Nodding, Megan watched him for a few seconds as he ran his fingers through his hair. She knew she could count on him to tell her parents, and her brother for that matter, but she hadn't decided just yet if she wanted to put that burden on him.
Her gaze dropped though when he asked his question. Color would have rushed to her cheeks if she wasn't already so pale. A more recent symptom that she'd managed to hide from people by not seeing them at all. Biting down on her lower lip, Megan turned her hand over so that her fingertips could trail over his palm.
