Who: Louis and Teddy What: #igotyoubae When: Evening Where: Saloon Rooftop Status | Rating: incomplete | feels central
Everything was fucking sideways. First Amelia was actually making Louis worry about things. Then he had to go and say something about it and find out everything was not just casual now. On both sides. He should have run. Backed away while he had the chance, but he couldn't. He couldn't turn her away and it just started all over again. Then today with that blood splatter. She needed at him and he couldn't not be there. That was weird. And he was trying to ignore how uncomfortable it made him when she got close. He liked how it felt. He really did. He just was not used to how it all felt and a part of him was still unhappy. He'd rather not have to deal with it. But he stayed.
Until he had seen that message from Teddy. he had not been the first to reply. And what he saw was not happy thoughts. And it scared him. Louis did not get scared. he got worked up. he got frustrated. He even got angry, but never scared. He was a very large boy and very strong. There was very little that could physically take him out. He had no real threats to his life and never understood what it was like to fear leaving the house. But reading that Victoire saw him on the roof of the saloon after all his comments about it'll be better after... Louis wanted to panic. He left Amelia, begging her to just... be okay. He needed to go to Teddy. He told her why, and he ran flat-out to the saloon. Once there, he paced outside, trying to look calm. He knew the moment he walked through those doors, anyone who did not know where Teddy was standing, they would get a hint by how far from composed Louis looked. For once, he didn't care how people looked at him. That was his Teddy. His Bruh. His Bae. And yes, Louis was terrified at the thought of losing him.
He promised Vic he would not come downstairs without him. That he would not let anything happen to him. He couldn't wait for Tonks and Remus to show up in case one of them suddenly decided to join him on the way up. No. He had to do this alone. So he went up the stairs, then up onto the roof. And there was Teddy in the moonlight. He was drunk. Louis could tell that just by how he was standing. Quietly, the blond shut the door behind him and gave a slow exhale. He turned to look over his best mate and wondered just what this place had done to his mind. There was enough going on without any assistance. And he knew it was hard for the man to muddle through it sometimes. "Having a party without me, I'm hurt bruh."
