Exus had himself sprawled out over the chair he'd set to one side of the throne room, his chin in his hand and his legs wide apart. His eyes were narrowed, not relaxed even as his body said that he was, the gaze roaming and ill-intentioned. There was nothing to really be joyous about right now; his monster had failed and what little victories he'd made in the past were not important. Outside of his visual range, Velloh sat on the edge of the balcony in the palace, her gaze looking down over the strange terrain and the Earth off in the distance. It was such a strange place, and always so damned warm. Neither her or her brother could stand the heat, and she rarely ventured down unless it was required of her to do so. Out of the two of them, she was definitely the less inclined to actively pursue the Rangers. The siblings were - for the moment - unaware of the presence of another in their home. They were so used to seeing others these days that their collective guard was lowered.
