"You seem a bit... out of it. Is your blood sugar that low or are your puns always that bad?" She grinned, despite the fact he had proven himself to be out of it in some form. The momentary mouth gape also pointed toward him not being completely well. While Ionia was far from a sweetheart, she wasn't quite sure that she could let the man bumble out into the street and try to go somewhere. Ranger or not, it wasn't as if anyone would help him out unless he walked over a cliff.
"And how did that happen if you're a Private Investigator?" She nodded toward his arm, still rather earnest to pump him for information. She hadn't bought the food critic bit and she wasn't sure she was buying the PI bit.
