"Yeah... all of it is really good," Lindsey answered, nodding and relatively surprised at his own answer. He hadn't thought he would enjoy it as much, and wondered if it was partly due to the fact that he was enjoying the company. "Thanks for taking me here, Jake... I really... needed it, I think."
"I'm glad. Perhaps we'll come back sometime." he said happily, smiling. Jake picked at some of the food, taking the last few bites and not feeling bad about it at all! Jake finished off his tea and sat back with a sigh. "I was happy to bring you. I'm glad you decided to come with me." Jake smiled widely, "Does it mean you'll go out with me again sometime? You can choose where next time."
Lindsey laughed, picking up his green tea from across the table to lean back next to Jake. He sidled up next to him, their legs pressed together as he relaxed, letting out a deep breath. "Yeah, I'd go out again. Even if it was just... y'know as friends or whatever. You know, if you aren't all that impressed." He snorted a laugh. "Maybe we can go dancing sometime."
"All that impressed?" It was Jake's turn to snort. He found he liked the feeling of Lindsey leaning against him, Jake was happy for the warm aura the other man gave off. "I don't need to be impressed, but for the record, you've always impressed me." He barely paused for a moment before putting his arm around Lindsey and leaning back into the man. "I like dancing. I haven't been dancing outside of teaching the kids at the juice bar in a long time."
