Charlie had already turned back to her task of apparent 'laundry service,' so she didn't see him nod, though she did of course hear him tell her that it was fine. "I'm glad. You'd think after being on the same team for a year I'd know something like this," she admitted, grinning somewhat. She stood back up and watched as he sat on the counter and started on one of the burgers. She was pleased he seemed to like it, though of course, he had always eaten her peace offerings before. For a moment she regretted not eating before she came, but she had saved a burger for herself back at her place so she'd be fine.
She had just put the last pair of pants into the dark pile when he asked her about her cleaning habits. She glanced up at him and saw the tiny smirk on his face, and realized he was joking. This was good- the fact that he was teasing her was clearly a good sign, so she decided to run with it. At least, as well as Charlie could.
"Well you know, I thought maybe I could make a little extra money. I might even make it an official service- Black Ranger Laundry or something." She said as she sat down on a chair. Her voice and expression made it seem as though she were completely serious- there wasn't even a twitch in the corner of her mouth. "What do you think?" She had of course, no idea that being so serious might make it hard for Lindsey to figure out if she was joking or not. "If it turns out well I might even expand; start doing dishes as well, or dusting." Light grey green eyes examined him carefully, trying to gauge his reaction to decide where to go from there.
