Lindsey didn't really notice Charlotte sizing him up emotionally when he took the basket from her, more interested in the smell of the food and the concept of drowning his sorrows and personal miseries in food that would - as women loved to say - would go straight to his thighs. He would've laughed had he been in a better mood, but for now he simply continued to pick at the fries.
Curious blue eyes turned back onto the black Ranger as she bent down, a slight narrowing changing his gaze when he realized what she was doing. Was she... cleaning his apartment for him? He nodded when she asked about his ice cream preferences, stunned by the fact that she was actually sorting out his clothes as she went. Hell, if this was what arguing between them was going to be like, he would have to make a point to be more of a pain in her ass... if that were even possible. "Yeah man, it's... fine."
Slowly, Lindsey pulled out one of the burgers, looking it over before hoisting himself up onto the counter behind him in the kitchen area. "So uhh... you just... do your teammates laundry from time to time then or is this a new service you're providing?" He was definitely teasing, a light smirk barely breaking the otherwise somber features. Still watching her, he took a bite out of the burger in his hands, glad to have it even as a smudge of sauce was left behind on either side of his mouth.
