Nodding, Alicia backed away from George, a look of concern for her friend still etched on her face. "Well, I came prepared," she assured him. She really had too, practically emptying her entire medicine cabinet into her bag.
Opening her bag, she rifled through it and pulled out a face mask. She slipped it on so that her mouth and nose were covered. Better safe than sorry, she decided, because the last thing she wanted was a case of dragon pox -- if that was indeed what George had.
"I think we should work on getting your fever down first," she decided, handing him some medicine. "If you point me in the direction of the bathroom, I'll be right back with some water."
