George's expression was already serious, though he did keep himself quite as he waited for her explanation. When it finally came he simply stared at her for a moment, his expression blank. Then he snorted.
"Well of course he is, Daphne, all those stupid pure-blood elitists are. That's what gotten you all worked up?" he chuckled, flashing her a smile.
Honestly, the thought had occurred to him before but he hadn't let himself stop to dwell on it. The Renegades were dangerous and powerful and if Daphne's father really was one of them, he could be in some serious trouble. But George Weasley was not the sort of man to let a little danger ruin his fun.
