Alicia didn't really know what Mandy could say that would convince her to stay, but she was at least willing to listen. She did want to talk to someone about it and Mandy seemed like the perfect choice. She wouldn't just tell Alicia want she wanted to hear... she'd tell her what she needed to hear.
So, tossing her hair up into a ponytail and pulling a sweatshirt on over her tanktop, Alicia left her flat for the first time in a few days. She wasted no time in getting to Mandy's, hating how paranoid she'd become. Her eyes darted around as if she expected someone to pop out and attack her at any moment.
Reaching her friend's place minutes later, she hurried up the stairs and knocked on the door.
