I guess I'll make the first official recipe post :) I am a vegan and have become quite crafty in converting normal recipes to animal-free and this is byfar my favorite recipe EVER, courtesy of my mother. It is a vegan taco salad and the consistancy is a little different from it's beef-based counterpart but the taste is dead on. And it is extremely fast and easy to make. I am actually cooking this for dinner tonight and so should you.
