It was a relief to be allowed to leave, as the vampire found it hard to take anything at face value anymore. And around here it certainly wasn't safe to. A frown did darken her face at the mention of Remus, and she wasn't sure if it was a taunt to kill him or look out for him. Best not to think about it right now. Instead she backed away a few paces more, until she reached one of the empty booths that she could turn and slip behind.
And then the vampire was out of there as fast as her inhuman speed could take her.
