A monitor appears on a seat on the ferris wheel.

Lexie Grey and Amaratsu are being shown in the experiment "Panic Room." None of the monitors can be seen, only their reactions to what is on the monitors below the camera observing them are obvious. This monitor has sound which also cannot be disabled or muffled.

All monitors are black and white and are familiar to those characters who took part in "panic room." All are labelled "our dear departed." Monitors will go black at precisely 4:24 PM where all characters on screen will die for everyone to see.

The Doctor was a slow riser from his rather comfortable bumper car. Looking up with a grin to where he'd attached the TARDIS sign in the rafters he pushed himself up and out into the morning with a smile. That's when he spotted that old fashioned monitor with two women on it. He didn't happen to know either of them personally; yet, there they were.

"What's this all about?" He asked, seeing the women enraptured with something just below the camera's line of sight. "Hello?" He asked, thinking perhaps they could see him. Upon the quizzical look on their faces he scratched at his head. "Right..."

They were sort of boring to watch, weren't they?

We thought so, too.

So, as they gasped and screamed and banged on the monitors we unlocked the panic room door. In through the heavy steel door pushed two black clad figures brandishing shining steel pipes. The fragile women were powerless; Amaratsu freed of her powers; Lexie Grey never all that powerful to start with. The first crack of the pipe to Amaratsu's middle sent her flying. The next crack to Lexie's arms broke them. The women crumpled.

More heavy handed swings of that pipe. More quick and brutal beats. You could hear the women scream. Then you heard their gurgled breaths. And then you heard nothing.

The monitor goes black, putting you out of your misery.
