Okami Ametarasu ([info]okamiofthesun) wrote in [info]vas_captio_rpg,
"I don't need food. I'm...different than your kind," Amaterasu replied as she stood up, not bothering to brush any dirt off of herself. "There's not many gods in the worlds, not to mention people who believe in them, I suppose..." Her voice was soft, like a whisper as her voice trailed off before she closed her eyes and exhaled. Amaterasu's glow, once a beautiful bright white was dimmed to a pathetic ember, if that. Her once smoldering eyes were now dull and almost lifeless. But that would never stop her from trying to protect what was left of the small group. Even if she blamed herself for not being able to protect what she should have.

"I was close to nature at home. This is an outrage, but some good has come out of it, as much as I hate to admit it. Take what you need," Amaterasu took a step back, but she was ready to offer help if Shannon needed it. The goddess didn't mind if where Shannon took it was across their cage, Ammy would carry it herself if Shannon was unable to drag it far. Amaterasu said nothing more; she didn't think it was necessary to go into much more detail than that.
