When the Doctor brought that hand out again and touched his arm, the younger man shifted his body and stood stationary for about ten seconds, before he stepped in closer, not once, but twice, pressing his body up against the Doctor's and turning his face, dipping his head down and pressing his forehead against the Time Lord's shoulder. Both hands slowly lifted and curled into the coat at the thinner man's sides, holding on tightly.

"T'ough' it was you." He said again, but this time, it was in a bit of a different tone. For all of a second, his brain had registered that the headless body was the Doctor, before his sense had kicked in and he'd realized it wasn't. It had taken him another ten seconds to identify it. But for that short time? Those few seconds? He'd thought it was his Doctor.

"Je suis si stupide." Came his next short statement, but it was really impossible to tell why he was saying that. It could have been a lot of reasons.
