The Cajun smiled more and closed his eyes, shaking his head against the wall some, before he looked back up to the ceiling again, staring for a while, picking out a crack there. But it looked steady. Though, even as he said that, he was pushing away from the wall and sitting forward, curling his legs in so that he could sit Indian style and stretch his back out a little.

He was ready for the story, because the Doctor obviously felt pretty strongly about his ship.. sort of the way Gambit felt about his staff.. but that was gone now, and he was sure he'd never see it again.
