Who: Martha & Andy What: Experiment One When: Late-Morning (around 10 or 11) Where: In a clearing of trees, no where near anything else. Rating: TBA Status: Active
Martha jerked awake, her eyes flashing as her head whipped around the area. This was the second time in two days, that Martha woke up with no idea how she got there. Her arms were tight at her sides, and if she shifted she could feel someone elses warmth soaking into her back. Flexing her fingers, Martha tried to get the blood flowing back into them. It was difficult to fight her first reaction, which was to struggle and pull against the ropes, to pull away.
"H-" Her voice was cracking and dry. What ever drug they were using to nap people, it was quick working and the side effects didn't last long. "Hey." She cleared her throat. She waited for the person against her back to wake up or speak. Martha's head was just at this other persons shoulder, which meant the ropes on her shoulders would be digging into his torso.
The sun peeked in and out of a heavy layer of fog. The ground was wet from yesterdays rain and if it weren't for her jacket, Martha was almost positive she'd be freezing. Little droplets of water, barily more then dew, slipped down her nose. Just how long had they been out here?
"You awake over there?" She asked the figure, or the body tied to her.
