There were no fluttery butterfly feelings in how she had found herself thinking or feeling about Sam, just that he seemed to embody safety in some way. Friendship, maybe, was what it was. Although, admittedly, she had never quite had a friend like Sam before. Someone who guided her out of the forest when danger lurked, or warned her not to be on her own for her own safety. It was strange, but nice.
Sam needed to smile more, Luna thought, because he looked sort of like a small canine when he did. Only...large, and human shaped. But still...small canine. She sent a fleeting smile at him, knowing that you were not supposed to attempt to pet humans, no matter the temptation to pat him on the head. After trying the Bubble Trick once more, where the bubble drifted off into the snowy outdoors, she gave a short nod. "Thank you, shall we begin tromping through snow?"
