Having seen one of these 'wallets,' Luna could theorize that Muggles stacked their odd paper money and folded it away to be placed in their pockets. Logical and efficient for such easily damaged money, even if she could not really understand why you would use a currency so easy to burn or tear. "Cards of credit?" Both those words she understood, but not quite in that combination. Perhaps she should visit the Muggle world more often.
Dean seemed to smile a lot, which was lightening on its own. From what she had seen, he seemed to be of the smiling sort. Nothing in her own limited experience with him suggested that this was unusual for him. And as such, she grinned right back at her. It did not seem that he needed a Cheering Charm. Andy and Sam both seemed to, however. "With a wand, it does not manifest physically, but instead produces feelings of cheer and happiness in those it is cast upon." Of course, by her laws, casting spells on Muggles was quite prohibited. Bending the rule would not hurt anyone, she did not think. "Without one...it should have the same effect, I believe."
While she had turned to the racks to inspect a few more pieces of clothing that could only be described as 'bizarre,' Luna did turn in time to see Dean close his eyes. The tips of his ears were as bright red as those of the Weasley family. Of course, with them, it usually meant embarrassment or anger, and she was not sure how it translated to a Muggle. Or, perhaps, a Not-Muggle. Curious, she tiled her head while observing him for a moment.
"Then it is worthy work," she agreed with a nod. Inside her usually dreamily clouded tone, was a strand of admiration as well as several of what could only be bold honesty. A shirt, she lifted off of the rack, another strange Muggle reference, she presumed. What could 'More Cowbell' possibly mean?
"Is unusual or different negatives where you are from?" She was curious, especially given her own unusualness, and knowing that even in her world, those who stuck out were not necessarily viewed well. Just the opposite in fact. On a whim, Luna separated the clothes in front of her to step through to the other side. Instead of simply walking around. "You could," Luna answered. "Wear such an item, if your taste included it. I would have suggested one of these denims here, perhaps."
