The Doctor offered a mild grin of appreciation to Sam's compliment of his work. "Oh, I'm planning on a very concentrated, direct pulse, actually. So, all ears ought to be just fine. I'm basing it off of my old Sonic Screwdriver actually. There'd be deaf people all 'cross the universe if it had been the sort to damage hearing."
The Doctor smiled to the notion of exploring. He was sort of disappointed there wasn't more to explore around here. "If we could find the sirens we'd have a nice set of speakers," The Doctor rattled, rubbing the bridge of his nose.
"How's your brother doing? I haven't seen him since the first day," his tone lazy, the Doctor tried to stretch, wincing as he heard another siren go off. "Sounds like someone fell victim to thinking evening meant sleep, hmmm?"
