Martha Jones ([info]properdoctor) wrote in [info]vas_captio_rpg,
At first, Martha couldn’t really see anything different. She turned her head slightly each direction, but it seemed as if her ploy wasn’t working. And then, she saw a flush of pink out of the corner of her eye. Watching that, she grinned as it glowed brighter and brighter gold.

Laughing, she turned and looked at where Tinker Bell was floating. “I found Tinker Bell.” Martha felt…strangely proud of herself. Like when she’d been a very small girl and found the most eggs at Easter. “You, are very good at Hiding Bell.” And now, Martha had the secret to Tink, complements made her happy. Martha grinned at her tiny companion when she landed on her shoulder.

“Well, that’s alright. Sometimes with puzzles ya have to look for things even when the clue is leading you in the wrong direction.” Martha chuckled and shook her head. “When you were flying about far ahead-did you spot anything useful?”

“Why thank you Tink.” Martha puffed out her chest. “I have been practicing my elephant.” She laughed and let out the breath she was holding, keeping an even pace as she walked. “The Wild Beasts huh? Well, I promise not to eat you. How’s that?” Martha chuckled and nodded. “Ah, well I’m glad I can move quietly though, sometimes it comes in handy. Right a giant...” Martha laughed again. “Maybe you’re just really-really tiny Tink.” Martha teased.

“We’ve got to be getting close to somewhere.” Looking up at the sky Martha continued “Lucky though, I think the rain is letting up.”
