L was put-out, to say the least. He'd filled out his survey in the most smart-ass way he could, answering the questions while suggesting trivial improvements and making petty suggestions. He was also extremely unhappy with the fact that his shovel was gone and no one seemed to know where it was or what had been done with it. Still, he had righteous indignity and anger, and that would probably serve him well while he handed in the survey to the ridiculous prats who were responsible for their imprisonment.
He looked forward to meeting them.
Circling back to the Pharmacy/Liquor store that he hadn't seen Laura in for days, he was surprised to see two men there.
