Survey time!
So, question for ya'll. Would you like to see more males or more females in game? And, would there be any interest in a character from something like, say, "Criminal Minds"? Or maybe "Castle", though I don't know if I could pull off anyone from that for sure. ~~It's hard to find characters that wouldn't potentially interact heavily with those I already have.~~ We'll ignore that I don't really need a third.

ETA: The feedback is uber helpful, I heart you all! Other possible fandoms I'm debating are Constantine (movie-verse obv, not comics), Doom, the Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter series, Skinwalkers, Supernatural, ~~and maybe possibly Primeval~~. Any and all input is appreciated.

Trust me, I'd have one already if I wasn't so worried about interacting too much with who I already have. This is the problem with most of the fandoms I like and know enough to play someone being at least somewhat mythical/supernatural based. -.-

"Castle" is really new (it had a short season earlier this year before getting picked up for fall) so it won't really surprise me if no one 'round here knows it. And "Criminal Minds" is a crime drama revolving around a team of FBI profilers. So I'm not totally sure how good of a fit it might be for the comm, but it's one of my favorites.

I keep trying to tell myself that Chris!muse is more than active enough to make up for a third... but I've been telling myself that for a few weeks now and I still have the itch to pick up someone new.

I have a feeling I'm going to spend a good part of tomorrow trying to figure out who exactly my third should be. SIGH.

And I'd bring in someone from SPN if the one person I feel confident in playing ~~other than he whom is now dead~~ wouldn't likely cause hardcore conflict with Chris. Which is also why I had to nix my idea of someone from "Constantine" too, actually. Damn whitelighter.

The girls came in on the same day? I so didn't remember that. OH that was crazy experiment day, wasn't it. I gotcha. And I would so bring in someone ~~to further monopolize your adorable geek~~ as I'm pretty sure I could handle the characterization, I'd just be worried about getting their literal voice right. Ya'll who play British kids would have to school me or something, and that might be embarrassing.

Even though the show's slightly predictable at times, I love it. Something lighter to offset all the more serious stuff I tend to watch, lol.

When I think about how many doctors and Doctors we have in the game I keep picturing something from "Airplane" - "Doctor," "Doctor!" "Hello, Doctor" *amuses self*

Haha, is that your way of saying you won't immediately throttle me if I fail at British-isms? Though I'd never even think of picking up Cutter. I'm so not awesome enough to attempt him, no matter how badly I think he would be wicked to have around. And it's good I don't know my Star Wars as well as some of my Trek, or I think Connor would have a geek-gasm. rofl

It would make me insane if you picked up Star Wars, to be honest. It's one of the few fandoms left Connor can geek out over! Not that I'm saying OMGDONT but if you do, you're in charge of finding me new geektastic things for him. :P

And I MAY possibly have dropped a note to someone who was interested in playing Abby or Cutter in one of those Find a communities... It was a moment of weakness!

LOL. You're right, we shouldn't take that away from him. I'd hate to have him left with.... god, what would he be left with. Babylon 5 comes to mind, maybe Farscape? And D&D of course. *giggles at him*

Dude. Either of them would be AWESOME to have. Though I know Chris would hit on Abby. At least until he found out Connor liked her, then he'd be a good friend and back off. And Cutter I think would just fit in kind of perfectly. Not to mention be good for Connor. I always try to cruise those sorts of comms from time to time looking for new chars for us all. Haven't been successful in getting anyone here yet, but I keep trying..

Would there be a preference toward plucking them from the first or the second season? I'm having trouble deciding if I want to be as cruel as I was taking Chris from when he was dying or not, lol. The hard part's just picking when in the season. Which... is actually about all I need to do. And quick write up the history, then I should be set.

I haven't been working on possible new characters the last few days, not at all... >_>
