Fresh Meat!
*wave* hello all! I'm Lia, joining the cast with Captain Jack Harkness. Who, I may say, is going to be very not happy to show up here without his Webly or his wrist strap but is thankful that a greatcoat constitutes the clothing on his back. ;^)

A bit about me, I've been RPing for nearly 10 years and have spent most of that time in Potter-dom, and recently have fallen in love with the crack that is Doctor Who/Torchwood. I'm a lawyer-to-be, starting Law School in the fall.

Now the important thing -- a bit about Jack. He's coming into the game post series 4 of Doctor Who, so he's lived through all the metacrisis stuff. Jack's both a complicated and not so complicated man. And, fair warning, if you have anywhere from two to six legs, he will flirt with you. [He's had bad luck with eight or more legs. ;^)]

I'll be posting up Jack's intro post, which will be an OTA for anyone who'd liketo come upon him and fill him in on this situation. And, too, plotting is always loved. You can find me on AIM at either lookimadeahat or inthesestones. Can't wait to play and plot with you all!

I always have it open while I'm at work, so that's can be the best place to chat. And now, off to bed. Anytime you ever wanna plot with Shannon (*points to icon*) or Andy Gallagher (Supernatural), just gimme a shout. Andy's slightly out of commission for a couple of days since he's feelin kinda craptastic, but I'm always excited to plot with everyone and anyone, so we can figure something out if you're into it!

Welcome to the game!

I'm Shannon and I've got the lovely Doctor (as seen here); Silent Bob (as seen at silent_bob); and Lexie Grey (skipped3rdgrade).

I'm currently in the middle of doing a happy dance for a Jack in the game; so you'll have to excuse the short welcome :-)

Hello! I'm Lyc, I play Luna Lovegood (HP) and Kaylee Frye (Firefly).

Luna's 24 now, somewhat more grown up, but will never give up on the Crumple Horned Snorcack. She works for the Quibbler and dated Neville in between book 7 and the present. They parted as friends, and she's currently single. Expect random animal references (some from actual world mythologies, since I'm a research buff), as well as her getting into some Pixie Sticks real quick.

Kaylee's an ever optimistic female mechanic onboard a spaceship called Firefly (I don't know if you know the fandom). She's a floozy who wears her heart on her sleeve, in the words of her actress. She is 22, and a mechanical genius, if it's got mechanical parts, she can get it working.

Awesome, another Browncoat.

I admit to mostly knowing Captain Jack because of a friend babbling about him. Although I do have a cd of JB singing Grease, as well as a trove of his music (him singing Anything You Can Do is <3).

Oh and I bought that friend a copy of his Autobiography in a stopover at Heathrow Airport. Didn't really read it, but the pictures inside were awesome (including him mooning the cam in a kilt, lol)

*g* Former Music History major when I was in college. Well, not former as I did graduate with the degree, but you know what I mean. ; ^)

OMG. You have that CD? How much begging do I have to do to possibly get a couple of MP3s? I've been trying to find it around online but without much luck. (I have just about ALL of his music. I'm in love with his voice. My favourite is 'If I Can't Love Her' *happy sigh*)

Hey new face! I'm Alej and I have three charies running around here.

River Tam: From firefly, taken just after Objects in space if you know the show. She's a reader of sorts so I apologize ahead of time. Is there anything you'd rather she not know or be very cryptic about?

Sarah Vida: From Shattered Mirror by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes. She's a recently changed vampire though she still holds many of her witch qualities.

Laurie Juspeczyk: Charie from Watchmen. She's just an all around badass superhero, though she has some issues of her own.
