It is the Earth year, 2282. A lot has happen to Delenn since she was first brought in to the Grey Council by her mentor Dukhat. The Wars, being made human, loved and lost, had a son, and was nearly killed numerous times. Yet Delenn still remains as she was, albeit a bit stronger. In this period in her life, she's a president of a vast inter-planetary business known as The Interseller Alliance. Pretty much an alliance between major and minor powers through-out the galaxy that came out of the ashes of the Earth and Minbari Civil Wars and The Shadow War of the Mid-23rd century.
Delenn is on-board her ship, the Valen Class crusier, Interseller Alliance One. This ship previously belonged to her husband when he was the President. She stands in for a lack of a better term, her office on the ship. She was looking at this holographic imaging device that surrounded her, viewing reports. She was returning from another trip from Narn to still help them recover from their last occupation by The Centauri. She also helped out The Centauri as well since shortly after they returned Narn to their people, were also a victim of an occupation by Thr Drakh, a former servant of The Shadows. Since Sheridan's death, she's been doing a lot of urban renewal on a galactic scale. Restoring planets to resemble their former glory. It's part of her mandate as President to keep worlds within The Alliance maintained and to keep their citizens from being stared.
Suddenly, her ship was jutted slightly. She shrugged it off as typical Quantum Space Turbulence. So she attempted to return to reading reports. Then the ship was rocked again, but rougher and it continued to rock. She then lifted up her arm and tapped her palm and spoke. "What's happening?" The helmsmen responded. "President Delenn, we're experiencing some kind of spacial incursion! I could relay the visual on your display!" She nodded. "Yes please!" She then the reports vanished and was replaced by this visual 360 degree display of what us surrounding the ship. It had it's usual swirl of white and blue distortion which was Quantum Space, that was status-quo. But she saw something else infront of her. The Quantum Space seemed to swirl into a black void. it's what humans call a black hole. Her two Sharlin class warcruiser escorts that were on the port and starboard side of the ships were destroyed by the strange distortion infront of them. "EVASIVE MANEUVERS IMMEDIATELY!" The Helmsmen screamed back as she saw the black hole seeming to be drawing her in. 'TOO LATE!! I'M SORRY!' Her eyes widen in horror as they were pulled into the void.
Earth as shown from space in 2010 was far more quiet than in 2282. No ship traffic landing or taking off. There was hardly any satellites in orbit and only Two space stations, the International Space Station and the Justice League Watchtower. But no one from here can see the chaos on the surface from the rise in vampire activity. No one from this point of view could see that Earth's third World War was about to break out, a war between Humanity and Vampires. It was quiet up here. But suddenly, a crackle of lightening came from an area which was about a hundred miles up from Los Angeles. Then another crackle, and another. it formed a lightening ball in space, which became a reverse black hole. A ship flew through. It was Delenn's ship. it was somewhat damaged.
Back in Delenn's office onboard the ship, she saw....Earth. She then moved her arm up to her face, her wrist facing her lips. She tapped her palm again and she said. "We appear to be back in the human sol...." She looked around and noticed the lack of traffic and space stations. She widens her eyes. She then looked up. "Computer, tap into the local communication frequency and put it on my display." She then waited a few seconds, then the computer put up what appears to be a what humans in this time called a High Definition broadcast of the news. She listened as she heard that Earth was at the brink of war against vampires. She widen her eyes. "You've got to be kidding me. My husband said they did not exist. They ca..." She then noticed the date on the news ticker below the anchor. November 13, 2010. She blinked. She took a few seconds to obsorb this information.
She then tapped her palm. "Helmsmen, find a deserted island. We're not in our time and we need to fix our vessell so we can leave before the problems of this timeframe effect us." She had no desire to get involved with the current conflict, but something tells her, she will not have a choice. "Computer, show me the current status on the ship's systems." She read the report. The damaged systems were the quantum drive, a few minor systems, no casualties, which she sighed in relief. And something that made her eyes widen when she saw it. "In Valen's name..." She placed her palm on her face and sighed after she read that the stealth systems were damaged slightly. She knew they were going to be traced. She then pushed a few holographic buttons to disable non-essential systems to make it harder for them to be detected. They descended to an island that was without any humans. She then tapped her palm communicator again. "To all crew members, protocol 472." Basically it was an order that was given in case their was another temporal displacement situation that was similar to Babylon 4 took place.
Shortly after she landed, she took one of the shuttles as the crew started work on repairs. Thankfully, their stealth systems on the shuttle work. She flew out of the ship's shuttle bay and she flew at High-hypersonic speeds. After a short flight, she landed her ship somewhere in the Wooded Hills north of Los Feliz in Los Angeles. She slipped on her hood to hide her Minbari heritage given that a lot of humans. She turned off all systems, except the stealth before she exited the shuttle. Once she exited the woods, she took a deep sigh as she started to walk the streets of Los Angeles...
