I've been trying to explore a little bit everyday, acquaint myself with Vallo properly. There's so much to see and do, but today was a special treat. In my wandering, I found a chocobo post! I didn't rent one, I've never been very good at riding them on my own. It was enough to just spend some time there.

I think I'll go back tomorrow.

That was one hell of a wedding yesterday, thanks to everyone that showed up - because we literally couldn't have done it without you. That beast was Uk'atoa, someone who's been hunting me at home for some time now. I had hoped he wouldn't find me here, but I guess Vallo has a great sense of humor. I'm glad no one was killed and we got rid of him, hopefully permanently. I meant it when I said everyone was family at this point - especially after this.

Hey so I was following Henderson around this morning cause he had some idea and it turns out the kid was spot on and found some guy that's got the other record people are looking for? They made a deal and now we're playing his dumb dungeon game for it. So yeah. Not to be dramatic but the Fate of Vallo relies on the nerd game and we need our Hawkins Dungeoners to assemble.

The merchant wants some witnesses so nobody's cheating and is calling in some of his cronies so we could use a little backup just to make sure they're not gonna jump our asses too.

If anyone was wondering, Ahtohallan is the glacier that was spotted. It's from my home and is located in the Dark Sea - for those who live in the Enchanted Forest, it was always a myth to them but I discovered it's very real and apparently it found its way here too. Ahtohallan is a visual archive of the past - if you ever wanted to see bits and flashes of your life played back in front of you with ice statue actors, it's a good place to go to re-connect with your past.

However, it's also very dangerous - the caverns are treacherous and going too deep can cause problems, not only with physical danger but sometimes connecting with the truth can be difficult. However, it can also be useful or bring closure and I'd like for Ahtohallan to be a resource for those who live here. Is there anyone who wouldn't mind combining magics with me to make it safer for those who choose to venture there? I would greatly appreciate it.

Surveying the woods while on patrol and came across a building that I don't recall being here before. I know things shift around constantly, but for something that looks so recently destroyed, yet old, I feel like I would have noticed this by now. Does anyone know anything about this?

Smiley day to y'all! I thought it'd be nice to talk about journaling! In times when the days seem to blend together, journaling helps you soul-touched separate one from the next, and also helps clear distressing thoughts invading your heads and dreams (I'm mighty curious about dreaming as I myself do not dream). It may not always feel pleasant, but disclosing emotions rather than stuffing them down is ultimately much more healthy! Some may have some secret pain or stressor that they cannot share with others, but seeing that translated into the written word that exists outside of your mind and heart can help make sense of it all!

Journaling also allows one to put experiences in sequential order, to examine cause and effect, and gain distance from events and situations. A stitch in time heals all wounds, and I'm sure y'all will make a beautiful tapestry!

I learned how to take a picture as they say. I think we've done a good job with Castle Fancy. Tried to convince Steve to go look for flowers and stones to add but he says we're too filthy for that.
