If you're somehow able to find your way toward the flats at Morningside, there's groups of us that have sheltered there, but it might be best if you try to find a safe spot until someone can get to you. I'm not sure what's out there today.

If you don't wanna come with me, you don't have to, but we've got a little safe area figured. Food, water. There's a bunch of us - maybe 30 or so? We're all from different places, just like you.
