Dan was there! To support the hockey fam. Tears in his eyes because of Gideon's penalty, that was so beautiful. And of course Diego's penalty. ;_;

Isabela was there too, she'll attend all of Diego's games and fight anyone who comes at him - or just shout rude things at them, probably (also good job tripping, love you hot stuff).

I wanna say Alexis was there too! Dressed cozily in an oversized sweater and a thermos of hot tea to sip on. She would make sure Café Tropical can host a crew of hungry hockey hippos after the game if they want to go there again, and there's probably like a post-game special on subs or something.

Kurt went because it's a thing to do and he's enthusiastic. And he cheered for both teams equally, who could pick a side?

Achilles attempted to drag Patroclus along to see the ice skating and hockey and didn't understand most of what he was watching but he cheered for the Raptors happily.

Tom also came and probably understood the sport most out of my three. He got a bit loud at the rowdier parts of the match.

Ronan loves this Matthew-assisted game-winning goal by Gansey a lot. Goalies don't generally get to participate as much in a celly but he skated his heavily-padded ass all the way across the ice to bear hug them. (Maybe the refs warned him not to do this shit again, IDK. XD)

Also I'm willing to bet the person Jacob roughed was the dude who "took a dive" and got Diego a tripping penalty.

Jack's not a coach and tells himself he's not a coach and still has a tablet with some hockey diagrams and notes and tries not to be pushy or an annoying husband and reminds himself it's just a game and esp for boxing day~ be chill, Jack Bittle-Zimmermann, be chill. (He's gonna lean in and whisper things to Bitty that both range from support to dirty stuff sorrynotsorry)

Anne's there and on the bench and having a good time~ and is very wide-eyed and taking notes. She is SO CHEERY and YELLY nad REALLY INTO IT.

Evie is there on time and probably sitting with Ostyia and Serefin again? She understands more now! And the sigh when both Diego and Jacob got penalties was heard across the rink (is she surprised? no)

Also jsyk Matthew got a flying leap hug after the last goal, like. Head on Gansey-in-your-arms Matthew. yw

A few notes:

If Diego DOESN'T get a penalty every game I'm going to be disappointed. Thank you to Evie for being responsible, Isabela for standing by her man, and Jacob for the followup penalty. No thanks to Dan.

Ostyia was there! With Evie and Serefin, she yelled out creative threats and things that made no sense given the situation but sounded fun.

Lardo made sure all y'all showed up on time and had equipment, you're welcome.

Matthew loves everyone and everything. Loves sports, loves people, loves winning, loves losing because then someone else won.
