Eddie nodded quickly at that. He had assumed as much; he couldn't imagine Dan going around blabbing, based on what he knew of him so far. Still, he had to make sure. There were things he wasn't ready to let out into the world.
It was curious. Eddie didn't feel anything, exactly. It wasn't like someone was shoving into his brain but there was a sensation he couldn't describe. He let his eyes fall closed and he tried not to focus on that. Tried not to focus on anything.
"Yeah but not with my ears," Eddie said. "Should I be thinking my answers instead of saying them? I don't know how this works," Eddie murmured, taking a deep breath and trying to relax, to let his mind open up. It reminded him of those times he'd tried meditating.
