When he spoke Julie jump slightly and let out a fah noise, she wasn't sure if she would get use to any of them randomly appearing. She smiled at him as her cheeks heated a little from is compliment, "thanks." She looked up at him as he moved, leaning back, "It's school," Alex had asked her the same thing, "I mean," it was school, "everything about the same, minus music program and no Flynn." She missed her best friend as much as she missed her brother and Dad, but she had the guys, the band, so that helped a lot.
"Alex asked about school as well, are you two worried or something?" she asked as she shifted to place down the fallboard and leaned to prop her elbow on it, using her hand to hold her chin. "I'm fine," she told him, "school is fine, really. I'm adjusting rather well." She arched a brow at him, "how are you handling," her free hand waving all around, "all of this?"
"I know this is odd and honestly, freaking out, a lot, but what can we do?" Julie flashed him a bright smile, "hey, we got gigs, which is really awesome, right?"
