For the first sixty seconds, Harley looked like a badass. Sunglasses, perfect pink bubblegum bubbles, devil may care attitude, roller skates...
Maybe none of these things screamed tough or a force to be reckoned with, except for the very large beast pulling her along at top speed, and the civilians bolting to get out of the way. Only one or two were plowed over and they may have been in shock. Pengy needed Harley's help. Of course she would enlist Bruce's help to get herself there as quickly as possible.
Then the sixty seconds were up.
At about the time she was just a coffin's length from Oswald, her front left wheel on her right foot found a divot in the sidewalk and she biffed it, smacking hard into the sidewalk, releasing Bruce to cause havoc, and tumbling into Oswald's feet.
Well, it was still an impressive entrance. Harley, slightly dazed, sat up from her spot on the sidewalk and beamed at the newest arrival. "Hey, Pengy! Nice suit. You're looking real..."
Her head tilted at the side, while Bruce the Hyena decided it was hilarious to chase anyone that ran from him. He hadn't eaten anyone yet, so Harley seemed unconcerned with the animal's antics.
"...fancy. You always looked good." Harley pulled herself up, parked herself a few inches too close to Oswald to be polite and planted a smooch on the side of his face. "How you doing? You know, I always liked you." Harley paused as though she wasn't entirely sure if that was a true statement. But in that moment, emotionally, what her psyche could recall, it seemed true enough.
