If you're busy I can always drop it off so I don't mess with any potential customers, though I do recommend not reheating soufflé. It's not the same, and microwaves are untrustworthy! :(
Gracious, that is so kind! I like to bake and I like to bake for other people, so those funds might go faster than expected. Maybe I can bring you samples of what you might like to have in your store—are the pie people or are they tart people? Almond croissants or chocolate? Are preserves something they might want?
