"You know WICKED," she said with a shrug of disgust, "if they wanted the protests done they had the munitions to make it happen." This time they'd simply shipped out, because whether the city burned or not, it wasn't safe. "With the virus airborne and the answer literally staring me in the face, I had to stay," Teresa said as she slumped onto the sofa once more. "Just because I worked with the system, doesn't mean I believed in the way WICKED did things," she told Thomas. "I just didn't see another way," and if she had she'd have taken it. She looked up and gave a nod, "If we can move on, together, I'd appreciate that," Teresa told him, though she didn't hold out too much hope. "And you'd probably better warn Newt I'm here, cause I doubt he'll be too happy about it," she said with a small smile.
