It's come to my attention that yesterday was some cat holiday, so I thought that was an excuse as any to formally introduce the many cats that Vallo gifted to me that were once my sister's. Some needed names as I hadn't been privy to all of them based on the memories I have from home, but they're all lovely.

As a preface: these cats are not up for adoption, however a good few of them will be living at the bookstores—Chastity's Nook and Enchanted Nook—and are available for gentle pets there. And, you know, while you're there petting the cats, maybe buy some books. (I did advertising, Caleb!)

Anyway: here they are!

This is Ayda and she, like her namesake, enjoys the company of books and will be at the Nooks fulltime. She is mostly receptive to pets, but not always; if you see her, you can pet her. If she's out of reach, then please leave her to her own company.

These are Boba and Yuzu and they share a braincell and will also be at the bookstores. They love pets and treats.

Here we have Fiona Fancypants, Butter, and Toast. They are most frequently found in this exact cuddlepile.

This is Gumshoe. He only has one ear, but can hear a treat bag being rustled from the opposite end of the house.

Here we have Hector. He's quite regal and will also be at the bookstores, surveying his book kingdom.

Mochi and Matcha are a bonded pair that genuinely are never seen without the other. They're a bit more skittish and won't be in the shop, but I keep coming out of my trance in mornings to find them cuddling nearly in my lap and it's quite sweet.

It was brought to my attention that the word "cat" in Undercommon is "murrpau" so: this is Murrpau.

Our resident royals, or so I'm told, Rosalina, Peach, and Daisy.

And finally, this is Toad. He purrs so loud that I'm almost surprised you can't hear it through the picture.
