She nodded at PJ's description, smiling at the obvious affection she had for her family. It made her a little homesick for her own, but she could relate just the same.
"No, not 'just Dom'." A shake of the head. "My mother is French, so we all have French names. My older sister is Victoire, I'm Dominique, and my younger brother is Louis." She pronounced them all the French way, her mother's accent shining through in her speech. The smile slipped for a sceond at the thought her family might not be with her when her children were born, but she pushed that away and the smile returned.
