Does it feel different? To have them up? Like a really tall fence around your mind? Can you see out when you want to, even with the barrier? Or do you have to take it down first?

I honestly don't even notice its up. It seemed best after my father was able to pull me into his mind to have a barrier up.

Its not a fence though. Its fire. Most things are fire for me.

Yeah. But if you imagine it as fire, wouldn't it be easier to put out? What about a castle? Or an ocean? Or anything else?

Yes to ghosts. Yes to seeing things but that might not be the witch part. Yes to flying. And the bat thing is a myth.

Oh, yeah. All the time. Less so when I was little. But no. Not down there. Ghosts don't tend to linger in a witch's house.
