That's because you're rational and not up your own ass. The art world needs more people like you, that's for sure.

Unfortunately the culinary world has them too. I found out when I enrolled in a culinary institute and lasted like a semester. My bisque didn't make the chef weep with nostalgia for his mother so que horrible.
