Welcome to the Princess Prom!

Not a Princess? Don't worry! Everyone's royalty tonight. Grab your fanciest outfits, your favorite pair of dancing shoes, and a festive spirit and join Queen Glimmer and the Princess Squad for a ✨night of wintry fun✨ on Saturday, December 17 from 8pm until the party ends.

The Location

Upon walking into the ballroom at Bright Moon Castle, you will be transported into w winter wonderland accentuated with whimsical pastels. Glittering winter trees, hanging snowflakes, pastel pine trees, balloon arches in muted blues and pinks and purples are all set the tone for the Princess Prom. Tables with ornate centerpieces and beautifully chilling place settings are set up for guests to give their feet a rest or take a break for refreshments. The whole room is like stepping into yet another world, no decorative detail spared.

The Party

A photo booth with a snowy, ornamental backdrop has been set up for making photographic memories. A small, indoor ice skating rink has been set up for those wanting to do something different than dancing for a while. Have a request for music? Hit up the DJ--he'll be here all night. And if you're still worried about whether or not you're royal enough for a Princess Prom, stop by and grab one of Perfuma's winter-themed flower crowns.

Toward the end of the evening, Catra's fireworks show went off with a bang! Everyone was encourage to make their way outside to enjoy the show, but the party inside continued afterward until the last guest decided to call it a night.

If you find yourself too tired or otherwise unable to make it home at the end of the night, Glimmer has had all of the guest rooms ~~that have never been used as prison cells~~ made up for you to crash at your leisure.

The Food

Several stations are set up with buffet style appetizers and hors d'oeuvres. The piece de resistance are the desserts, though. Pastel-iced cookies in winter shapes, macarons for days, cakecuterie boards--there's a little something sweet for everyone's tastes. And while you can partake in your drink of choice, you wouldn't want to miss out on the hot cocoa bars. Whether marshmallows or peppermint sticks or coconut flakes are your poison, you can try all the hot cocoa fixings to your heart's content.

Adora, as one of the princesses, was responsible for helping set up and acting as co-host. She was doing her absolute best to greet everyone and socialize. She indulged in the buffet, definitely gave ice skating a shot (and managed to keep her balance surprisingly well), and pulled her wife, her brother, her parents, and any friend she could get into the photobooth at any point. She and Catra DID disappear upstairs to her bedroom for about an hour and returned looking a little ruffled. 👀

Bo came along with Kenzi! Wouldn't exactly call it their scene, but hey, she's down for free food, watching Kenzi be chaos, and dancing with any singles wandering around.

Carol was there with Emmeline (but not with Kamala, even if she's in the vicinity because that's Not Cool)! She's in a much better place than last month and definitely spent most of her night with Emme on the dance floor, though she'd take turns with any other Avengers who wanted to get out there, too!

Kara came by at Catra's invitation, and she was enamored with the FOOD and hot chocolate more than anything! She would have danced with anyone who asked, but she probably spent the majority of her night on the ice skating rink.

Kate was there with Emily! They're both big Christmas fans and I imagine would be very into this whole vibe. She would have insisted on ice skating, taken her girlfriend out on the dance floor for some of the slower dances, and spent plenty of time at the hot cocoa bar. Photobooth happened with Em, and of course Nat, Yelena, James, and Steve if they attended - and anyone else who would make stupid faces with her at the camera!

Marlene tagged along with Carol and Emmeline. She'd be very social and willing to dance if asked. She probably charmed a handful of decorations to start dancing later around and pestering people later on in the evening. It'll fade out after an hour, but feel free to fend the rogues off!

Teela likely helped set up earlier in the day, then came back with Adam after fight club later. She's doing her best to make up for still being in a bad place with him her last go-round here, so she made sure to show him a good time - lots of dancing, snacks, and playing around.

Randor came along with Marlena after fight club! He would very much enjoy getting to be a little carefree with his wife and children. He made sure to get in dances with every member of the family at some point, and he was a big fan of all the foods they don't have at home.

	ADDITIONALLY: Prue attended with the fam! They probably didn't stay too late since they brought Willa (what kid doesn't like ice skating, endless dessert, and hot cocoa, after all), but they hung out and had a good time, probably got a few dances in! (Reply to this) (Parent)

Atreus came after Fight Club, in lady-form, red hair up in warrior braids, gold dress that was a surprise for Lance. They were with team Voltron and would've brought Angrboda along too if she wanted to come! Atreus is all about the food and drinks and is not an especially good dancer but they try~ Atreus would've hung out with friends and chatted and been in a pretty good/buzzed mood most of the evening. Winked at Noct for beating them in FC ;)

Ignis came after fight club, in a sparkly suit, with eyeliner + black/gold flower crown. He loves fancy things and swanky affairs and dressing up so he's super into this. He always makes way for the food tables just to sample things and quietly judge (sorrynotsorry) but he also dragged each of his boyfriends out for a fancy dance or two~

Laudna lives her life like everyday is a goth prom so not much changed there. She loves dancing! and vibing! And having a good time! She's there with Imogen and Dorian for sure and probably some other Bells Hells members! Just floating around as you do~

The rest of mine depended on their SOs/friends! Evie wasn't there for sure but Jayce, Caleb, and/or Syd could've been dragged along with minimal effort if their people wanted to go!

	Sabrina showed up with Callum. She wore one of her own crowns, a simple one to go with her dress. She's there to dance and drink and would have sought out any of her friends who were also in attendance. She's staying away from the ice skating while wearing a dress. I think she's my only one who'd head to this. (Reply to this)

Adaine came, pretty dress and boots and all. She would have said hi to the people she knew, ate so much food, and danced with anyone that asked her to that she already knows, though she definitely has two left feet so enjoy. She made a point to say hi to Glimmer, give hugs, all that!

Andhera (no wings) came post-fight club, because he arrived in a fancy outfit, so he should probably make use of said fancy outfit. He's a little quiet at first, but if anyone chatted with him, he would have come out of his shell pretty easy. (Please chat with him, he promises he's only minimally socially awkward. Sorta.)

Essek came with Caleb, because he says so. Not really his scene and he really doesn't love parties, but he does enjoy getting fancy and it's their one month anniversary so why not. He mostly stuck around Caleb, though would have been social with friends, but only danced with the husband unless bribed otherwise.

Orym (left outfit) was there after fight club! He's dressed a bit more than medium fancy for this and would have tagged along with the rest of Bells Hells. The food was #1 priority post fighting, but he did dance and what have you. He stayed close to Dorian! And he can never totally shrug off his guard habits, always looking around and checking for trouble, so that was happening, too.

Vax would have gone if Gilmore wanted to!

Shiro is there with Keith and is ready to get a little tipsy and dance with his husband. He's fittingly pastel by nature of having white hair, but also has a fondness for a white suit. And macarons. He'll eat a lot of those. He'll offer to help with any issues during the party too (he's a run and get ice if you need it kind of guy) but I'm assuming the princesses have this thing in the bag.

Noct came with his ~harem~. He's not very pastel but he did wear a purple suit and a flower crown. Despite being royalty himself, he's awkward as hell at these things so he'll just stick close to his people, dance when he's "dragged" and stuff his face with appetizers. Especially ones he can sneakily feed to one of the guys.

Scorpia obviously came! She was a fox in her black prom dress. She would've danced with Perfuma and probably would've wanted to have a couple (fun, upbeat) dances with Catra and the rest of the princesses as well. She helped set up before hand, and was very, very excited for the Princess Prom.

Adam came after fight club looking dapper. He's a prince with all his princely training, so he's a pretty good dancer. He definitely dragged his Teela and his mom out for a couple of dances, and danced with his dad, possibly tried to drag Teela on the ice skating rink. Overall he had a good time.

Peter got ready in a hurry after kicking ass in fight club, and came to the prom with Kamala. He might've still been a little bruised up from Fight Club, but he'd have been healed up by the end of the night. He'd have said hi to all his friends and probably would've liked to play around. Peter is an excellent dancer in every universe, so uh... sorry Kamala.

Chloe came as well. She enjoys ice skating, dancing, and snacks, and so probably took advantage of all of that. She was friendly and would've said hi to her friends.

Any of my others could likely be convinced to come too, if asked so lemme know if you want them there!

Kamala Khan showed up with Peter as her date. She was at Fight Club as a spectator but probably left early (I assume Nat, Carol, or Emmeline would have helped her with her makeup). She found anyone she knew and danced with them, generally had fun and also tried very hard to keep Peter sufficiently distracted and having fun too!

Fen showed up with Sophie because wherever there is a party with fancy ball gowns, she's there. And she mingled with literally everyone and complimented the hell out of Sophie probably because she's a shameless flirt.

Yelena Belova showed up on her own looking dazzling as hell and also mingled with everyone, taking the time to dance and ice skate and eat all the things.

My others are TBD or up to being taken in if anyone is interested.

	Yuna came in her summoner garb. She spent her time being awe of the decorations, enjoying the food in moderation, and only feeling slightly out of place as a newcomer. Expect her to have politely mingled and said hello to anyone she's acquainted with! An attempt was also made at ice skating, with her mostly keeping to the sides and probably looking like a wobbly deer. (Reply to this) (Thread)

Catra (baby bump is not that big, btw, the dress was just nice lol) attended, refusing to be considered a princess but she knows that's a losing battle. And since she was responsible for kidnapping and explosions for the first one she attended, she behaved!! Danced with her wife and friends for a bit, but her true passion was in the food. She's hungry, guys, feel free to witness tiny catgirl inhale a fuckton of food tonight. She also helped with fireworks at the end of the night so she could be responsible for good explosions, not violent ones. That's growth.

Marlena attended after Fight Club! She cleaned up decently, sporting any bruises proudly. This is an Etherian tradition she's happy to experience and she was social, danced plenty with her husband, and also chatted up her kid's friends to get to know them more.

Kenzi attended because HOLY BALLS PRINCESS PROM? Like, what? The color scheme was so not her style but she has mad respect for how boss everything looked/was organized/the food. She drank, danced, played wigwoman for Bo.

Wanda was there! Scorpia is her shop manager and she's good friends with Adora so she loved to see this, everything was lovely! She saw some friends but didn't stay too long.

Caitlyn would have gone, presumably with Vi! She would have loved the iceskating tbh, she's got the legs of a gazelle and was probably good with it!

Abigail wore a royal blue dress and put on a flower crown. She was a little shy and spent most of her time skating. If anyone asked her, she danced with them. She made herself a fancy hot cocoa at one point and chatted with anyone else that was enjoying the cocoa at the same time.

Abra wore a dress that she thought fit the princess theme and wore a flower crown that complemented it. She danced, skated and enjoyed the fireworks. She mingled and chatted with anyone that she sensed wanted to socialize with her.
