Scott gave him a look of feigned horror. "I don't think that's appropriate, sir. My mom warned me that if anything like this every happened I should talk to the nearest grown-up," he told Stiles with a nod of his head as he looked around the rink. "Which might be you..." he teased back, seeing as he was playing along too. "Good to know, though I'm not sure my thighs are going to be up to much after this," Scott said with a laugh.
He put out his hand, "you're only allowed candy if you share with everyone," Scott said with a smirk, knowing better than to get candy out of a Stiles. He'd got more chance of beating that kid around the damn rink! "Look," Scott pointed to a girl about the same age who was clearly having a lesson of her own and spinning on the spot. "He's trying to prove he's better than the girl, see," at least, that was his take on it. It seemed like a reasonable way to look at it, particularly the way the kid's eyes kept going back to the girl. Didn't mean he wasn't sticking his tongue out at Scott, mind, and if he were a different kind of guy he might have put out a leg and tripped him.
