She smiled at his words, letting her fingers curl around his. It was good to know that nothing had changed. Well ,except the one thing she did want to change. But he seemed to have gotten what she'd been trying to say as it was somewhat comforting to know that back home things would stay relatively the same.
She rolled her eyes at his smirk and shook her head. "Not exactly," but it was nice to consider a break, see where this thing between them could go now there wasn't a looming threat hanging over their heads. His reaction did make her laugh. He was terribly easy sometimes. "It's alright Dresden," she gave wit ha smile. "I'll keep your hidden secret." She'd already seen the books he had, but teasing him was a comfortable fall back.
