"What could we ever know about the lives of demi-gods and super-people?" Harry asked with an eyebrow arched Murphy's way. "Still not taking this for granted," he said with a decisive nod at his surroundings. He'd come to a place in his life where it was all just stuff, with the exception of his four-legged companions. No amount of stuff could replace his relationships, however complicated they might be.
Harry watched as Murph evaluated the situation. He trusted her instincts and if she believed there was still danger here then perhaps there was. He had his areas of expertise and she most definitely had hers and Harry would never diminish her experience because it wasn't magical. When he saw the slight give in tension, he knew she'd reached the same conclusion he had.
As to their next step? "Heck if I know," Harry told her honestly. "There's enough magic in this world to punch a hole straight into the NeverNever, if it were anywhere around these parts, but it doesn't appear to be so." He could only stare at the voice for so long before he started magically pinning the fabric of the hole back together until nothing remained of his escape attempt. "Perhaps..." he said giving Murphy a soft frown, "...we just live. For a while whilst we figure it all out?"
