She paused when she heard the knock, and tilted her head. She was working on this whole human thing so she walked to the door and opened it. She doubted Alex would want her to trust outsiders, but she was curious (or what passed for curiosity among Typhon) to see what he might find. It would add to her research.
She stared at him for a moment before titling her head and moving aside to let him in. She turned then and walked to a table, where her device was. "Hello," she let it speak for her before letting it clarify. "I cannot speak. This speaks for me." Technically she could, but she'd only be repeating what others had said and she'd noted that when she'd tried that when she was still with Alex, it had made him uncomfortable.
As he was like her and not human she didn't offer anything, just studied him. "Do you require me to do anything?"
