Did you have the answer? No Googling, please, or at least don't make it so obvious that security sees you doing it. Yes? Then welcome to The Grotto! Head down the stone steps.
The Grotto has two main sections, the main cave with ample seating, a dance floor, and a stage for live music (an 8 piece, high energy show of R&B favorites from classic Motown, Stax, Funk, James Brown, disco and everything in between), and an "outside" section, with views of the wide cave entrance that leads to the ocean and open sky, and sounds of crashing waves. Thanks to some handy magic, the music is kept at a reasonable volume, and is only louder when you're on the dance floor.
The Grotto offers a carefully curated menu that rotates based on what's in season in Vallo. The Grotto always offers twelve seasonal, high-end cocktails (and sister mocktails), paired with twelve seasonal dishes. While the dishes and drinks are specifically made to compliment each other, patrons are always welcome to only order one or the other, or mix and match the suite their pallet. The menu is influenced by local Vallo legends, traditions, and stories stretching's back thousands of year, and including events as recent as Outlander involvement.
While the seasonal cocktails are the stars of the show, they also offer a standard drink menu, like beer, wine, and standard cocktails.
There are no cellphones, cameras, or anything that can take pictures, videos, or make calls allowed in the Grotto. If you need to use your phone, please go back outside. The Grotto is designed to encourage conversation among guests, not create an atmosphere that is impossible to hear what's being said next t you.
Welcome to opening night! Please enjoy the drinks, food, and music. Some lucky guests seated at the pre-selected tables will win their meals and drinks on the house. All patrons will be automatically entered to win two a $500 gift card for future visits.
