Alright, it’s that special time of year where we try to mix things up at the Underground and I don’t want to hear any whinging come fight night so here’s your warning - this month all fighters will compete in one of these festive outfits:

Your armor will be randomly chosen before each match until the final fight, in which case, you get to pick. Since it’s the holidays, we’re going to double everyone’s prize money, so just put on the dumb costume and have a riot of a time, alright? Cheers.

December Outlander Coven Meeting
Winter Solstice, Yule, and Enki Coven Guests
This meeting will be held at the Tower library on the third floor, special thanks to Caleb for providing the space!

December is a busy month, with the Winter Solstice and Yule celebrations fast approaching. The coven meeting will provide information on upcoming holiday events and activities Outlanders can expect to find or be invited to with local friendly covens (this does not include specific personal invites characters may receive based on their individual relationship with covens). They'll also go over Yule and Winter Solstice traditions in Vallo for anyone who is new or wants a refresher!

Catering was purchased from Salie Coven, and Bonnie is hopeful they'll have members attend meetings in the new year. Yule Gifts were also provided to attendees from Max and Bonnie, 'tis the season! Nothing too extravagant. Little gift bags of baked goods, chocolates, Yule trinkets, offerings they can use during the upcoming celebrations, etc.

Enki Coven is joining the Outlander coven for this months meeting! Mei and Elder Ishita will be attending to talk to Outlanders more about Enki and their initiatives. Please review the full write up for what Enki will be talking about/demonstrating here.

Twelve days until the wedding!!!! I'm not freaking out at all.

Even if you didn't get one of my soon-to-be wife's unique wedding invitations, feel free to come out to the reception! December 19th, starting at 6:30 that evening. It's going to be fun! Lots of good food and music (hopefully). We'll even have a vegetarian option for the main course, PLUS, cake and s'mores for dessert.



Also, I'm not really in prolific speech mode, but if there are any new Outlanders out there who want to sign up for Defense, let me know! I'm Team C's coordinator and our numbers have dwindled lately; we could use a few more people to even things out. Because...America, or something - right, Steve?

Hi there! The Outlander Coven was nice enough to invite Enki out today to showcase some of the magic we use and what we use it for. We decided we wanted to highlight Enki's Green Initiative because it's important to our hearts and for the environment.

A brief summary of the the presentation I did can be found here and some of the Outlander Coven thought it might be a good idea to share this with the community since it could be applied to some of your businesses and personal practices.

So if you're looking to "go green," hit us up! And for those that aren't familiar with the phrasing, going green means to pursue knowledge and practices that can lead to more environmentally friendly and ecologically responsible decisions and lifestyles, that can help protect the environment and sustain its natural resources for current and future generations.
